Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or product defects.


Refunds

Refunds are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Return Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Customer Responsibility: If you wish to exchange/return for reasons such as change of mind, size, or color, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Our Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, The Great Brandz will cover the return shipping charges and ensure you receive a replacement or full refund.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
