Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery (as per courier records).
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges are allowed only for size or color, subject to availability.
Sale or clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
Innerwear, socks, and personal-use items cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Customers must provide the order number and proof of purchase.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
All exchange requests must be approved before sending the item back.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers must share clear photos or videos of the issue along with the order number.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
Claims reported after 48 hours may not be accepted.
