At The Great Brandz, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing & ShippingAll orders are processed immediately after confirmation.
Products may be shipped from international warehouses (including China and other locations).
Delivery time may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Cancellations & RefundsOrders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed or processed.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect expectations after shipping.
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
Wrong item delivered
Damaged or defective item received (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
Exchange PolicyItems can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery (based on courier records).
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Exchanges are only available for size or color, subject to availability.
Sale or clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
Innerwear, socks, and personal-use items are non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect ItemsIf you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photo/video proof.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.
Claims after 48 hours may not be accepted.
